Ben Garelick is a personal trainer based in Chestnut Hill, MA.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Maine.

A former college wrestler, Ben lifts hard, walks more, and eats right.

He is also the bassist for the band Gold Stars for Everyone, and a licensed general contractor.
